Roommate wanted

We are a married couple looking for a responsible, clean person to rent one of our extra rooms in our townhome. Private bathroom, with access to kitchen/ washer and dryer, and our back yard. We have three little dogs who are always put away when we are not home. We both work, pm schedule. We are clean, friendly, and respectful. Wifi and utilities are included. ($) Deposit required.
