✔ The room you will stay in has a bed, an office desk and chair, a drawer, and a hanging closet organizer. The bathroom is shared, but it has one sink.
✔ A renovated kitchen and a sofa in the living room.
✔ Parking available outside the apartment (there is always space)

✔ Bus-stop is 2 minute walk.
