My roommate Avery and I are looking to fill one spot in our -bathroom condo just north of Old Town Scottsdale at the start of Jan - Jan . We have been living here for 2 years and are looking to continue to stay. With the loss of our third roommate, moving out of state, we have one spot available. We are looking for someone clean, respectful, friendly, and reliable. I work in real estate, working most of the week. Avery, who works as a chef, typically works from noon to close throughout the week.

The room is decent-sized, with a closet, and has a shared bathroom (With Avery). Rent will be $ monthly plus utilities on a -month lease. Reach out if you are interested.
