The bedroom available is unfurnished, and the main living area is fully furnished with a shared bathroom. Unit is upstairs with a small balcony. The apartment complex is nice and quiet, family friendly and within walking distance of many amenities including North City in San Marcos. It’s about a minute drive to both Cal State San Marcos and Palomar College and very close to the entrances of the freeway. There is a laundry room very close to the unit, and a pool and hot tub as well. It is a nice and peaceful little complex; there's plenty of parking. $ per month with utilities and internet included. $ deposit.

I am very clean and quiet, easygoing and kind, love to cook and eat healthy food at home. In my free time, I love to hang out at home and watch TV and movies. I am environmentally conscious, so I try and use more eco-friendly household options. I love hiking and being outdoors. I also have an aquatic turtle - she’s an older girl who’s super cute and friendly :) And I look forward to my time spent at home, so I strive for a generally quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
