Looking for roommate/s, Feb/March

Hey, I’m Mateo, , from Spain. I work downtown and currently live in Lakeview, but with rent going up I’m looking to find a bigger spot for a better price. My lease ends Feb , so I’m aiming for an early March move.

I’ve got a leasing agent who’s shown me great B options — modern, bright, and usually under $ per person. I already have furniture for the common areas.

I’m clean, social, and easygoing. I paint, play guitar, and do tattoos and programming projects on the side. Looking to live with another young professional who wants a chill, comfortable place with a good vibe.
