Beautiful home with a pool!

Hi there! I’m a year old female seeking a female roommate. My house is a nice 3 bedroom and 2 full baths home and is just over sq. feet. I also have a foot swimming pool! I live alone in the house with my 4 year old doggy girl who is medium sized and very sweet. I am retired and home most of the time and am pretty quiet and keep to myself. I also love to cook and you will likely benefit from that if you choose. I am also very kind and friendly. My street is very quiet, safe, and somewhat out in the country but still close enough to conveniences. There is also an extra dedicated parking spot right in my driveway close to the house. There is a full bath right outside the door of the room I’m renting out and it will be % private for your use (I may use it in a rare occasion if I don’t think I will make it to my own bathroom lol – getting old is brutal lol). There is also a good sized two-door closet in the room. And large windows that provide a nice view of the pool in the back yard! Also an armoire that you may put clothes/etc in if you want. The house is very beautiful and warm and comfortable!

I’m looking for a female roommate only, who is consistently reliable and responsible, picks up after themselves, friendly, and is respectful of the shared and private spaces, and mostly quiet. Must love, or at least not mind, dogs 😊. Guests are permitted as long as it is kept at a minimum and are not here more often than they are not, and shared living space is respected. And of course, no parties at any time. I cannot have any additional pets at this time (sorry ☹). Also, a background check is required. Thank you for looking!
