Oversized bedroom with private bathroom available for solid Christian man. Share this large remodeled house with 3 other solid Christian Professional men. We attend Saddleback Church, Calvary Chapel Church and Mariners Church. Two of us are pilots and ex military and actively travel. Everyone has their own private bathroom and full-sized refrigerator that I provide. House has kitchens both downstairs and upstairs and two laundry rooms downstairs and upstairs. Large deck and large exercise/weight room upstairs. Views of Saddleback Mountain from upstairs. This is a non/smoking house with no overnight guests. Accross the quiet residential street from an outdoor recreation/exercise area, City Council Building, Public Library, Police Station, and Community College. Plenty of safe parking. We have two stray cats that live here. My room mates are very quiet and respectful with one living here for 7 years and one for 6 years. We have a traveling Physician that rents the upstairs master bedroom suite and travels frequently. Please call/text if interested. I pay the Spectrum Cable and all the utilities.
