Private, spacious upstairs bedroom with private balcony and walk in closet. Shared bathroom and common space with two other tenants. The incredibly spacious house is welcomed and encouraged to be utilised as well; kitchen, living room, backyard, community pool, tennis court, and patio. We are a very communal, progressive, and friendly household and are looking for someone that can make a good addition to the space.

No smoking inside. Unfortunately no more pets in the house as two animals already is our limit. Quiet hours are typically a
