How I am as a roommate:
I'm very clean, well organized & for the most part quiet when I'm home. I’m usually doing homework in my room, exploring the area or hanging with friends. I tend to have friends over from time to time to hang out and movie nights. I don't have any pets. Although I keep to myself at home for the most part, I prefer a social household where everyone feels comfortable and easy to communicate with.

What I’m looking for in a roommate:
Someone who is clean, somewhat organized & respectful of the shared common areas as in cleanliness.
*Must be LGBT friendly 🏳️‍🌈

The other roommate:
Male , usually working throughout the day so he’s hardly ever home. He’s clean & respectful of the shared common areas & usually keeps to himself when he’s home. 🏳️‍🌈

Moving in process:
1. Initial Contact
2. In person // & or virtual showing of the room & house
3. Background check
4. Introduction of other roommate
5. Signing of the lease, collect deposit, pro-rated rent if applicable, etc.
6. Move in.
