I’m looking for a housemate for my BA first-floor apartment in Norfolk, right near Ghent, Downtown, and Colley Avenue.

The apartment is through a private landlord and is available for immediate move-in.
The space is furnished and has a washer & dryer onsite.
Utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the rent — $ deposit.
Smoking is okay (just smoke outside).
No couples, no dogs, no kids.

I’m a wellness healer who works concerts, festivals, and events. I keep things peaceful, clean, and good-energy. I’m looking for someone chill, reliable, and respectful to coexist with — ideally someone who values a calm, drama-free home.
