Looking for A Roommate!! :)

Opis

I am a y/o Male currently looking for one roommate to share this 2nd floor Apartment with. It is located in the Tatnuck area of Worcester, right around the corner from Worcester State. I currently share the floor with one other Roommate, Male
Thirty cat, plus one dog who’s only around half of the week.

Living, kitchen, bathroom areas etc... are fully furnished by me. Water is included in price.
Electric, gas and internet would be split amongst three. Floor includes a balcony, 1 bathroom, washer and dryer, attic, refrigerator/freezer, gas stove/oven, and dishwasher. Plenty of on street parking available!
Just hoping for one person, roughly my age, who is very clean and willing to stick around for a year or two!:) (Room is currently occupied until end of December).
