Sublease opportunity spring 2026 at Empire!

Hi! I’m planning on transferring next semester and I’m urgently looking for someone to take over my lease at Empire for the spring semester! This is a perfect opportunity for an incoming freshman or a transfer student! I currently live with 4 other amazing girls in a 5x5 who keep the living area clean and tidy and are extremely welcoming. Empire is a 10 minute walk to campus, and 5 minutes to Darla Moore. Rent is $1280 and includes a parking pass
. The rent is extremely negotiable as this is last minute, I’m willing to pay for the first month and take 100 dollars off each month making it $1090. The lease can start as early as mid December and goes until end of July. Empire staff are extremely wonderful and welcoming and the maintenance is as well!
