Double Occupancy Lease TakeOver

Hi everyone! 👋

I’m looking for a Sac State student who wants to take over my Double Occupancy lease at Lark Sacramento starting January (can be flexible for mid-December ). The lease runs through July .

Rent is $/month per person + Electricity, Water, and Sewage. Every month I pay around and nothing over. The unit is a fully furnished apartment and you would be sharing the bedroom/bathroom with one roommate. Wi-Fi and trash are included.

Lark has great amenities like a pool, gym, study rooms, clubhouse, and it’s very student-friendly. 🏊‍♂️🏋️‍♂️📚
