Private bedroom with a spacious, walk-in closet, full bed frame and memory foam mattress, and a private balcony with included chairs and table. Access to a shared full bathroom with bathtub, which will only be shared with one other tenant. The living room and kitchen are all free to use, including the use of all of my appliances, cookware, spices and condiments. The living room includes a in TV, mini fridge, 3 lazy boys, and a PS4 as well as the use of my streaming services. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, double tub sink, hose faucet, over the range microwave and oven, refrigerator, cold water tower dispenser, air fryer, pressure cooker, griddle, and toaster. Got a wide variety of pots, pans, silverware, cups, and much more, all free to use. I just have a small section for my personal things I don't share, but I'm willing to be flexible and reasonable with most things. Wifi, electricity, water are all included with rent. This room includes a covered, exclusive parking spot in front of the elevator.
