Looking for a home that is a house

Looking for a nice cozy house. It will be me, my husband to be and my Dad.anf we have two medical support dogs. Would like a fence yard but if not ok. As long as I have room for tie out.i have my own washer and dryer. I am hoping hardly no stairs. My dad uses a walker. And Hoover round chair.i am on SSI. . My honey is looking for work. He does drywall and construction. He don't over charge. My dad make ssa and a in pension. Really would love to have all utilities inside will to pay a month. And like I said a fixer upper is ok. But with limits
But he told me to say he is willing to work.and whatever it takes to provide for family.
