Two rooms for rent – Available November /month (Utilities & High-Speed Internet Included)
Hi there, I’m Jordan! I have two private rooms available for rent in a shared home starting November 1st. You'll be living with myself and one other easygoing roommate. I’m open to anyone — I’m just looking for someone respectful, responsible, and willing to contribute to keeping shared spaces clean (e.g. dishes, trash, etc.).
Rent & Move-In Details:
* Rent: $/month on the 1st, after the 1st there is a late fee of $
* Includes all utilities (electric, water, etc.)
* Includes high-speed internet
* First month’s rent + security deposit (equal to one month’s rent) due at move-in
* Security deposit is fully refundable upon move-out, assuming no damage & lease contract is not broken.
Room Features:
* TV mount (compatible with ” TVs)
* Curtains included
* Walk-in closet
* Ceiling fan with color-changing light
* Additional private storage closet located just outside the room
Shared Amenities:
* Full access to kitchen and living room
* Appliances: Oven, Dishwasher, Fridge, Air Fryer, Washer & Dryer
* Large backyard with a fire pit — great for relaxing or small gatherings
* Pet-friendly home
