Need a room or studio ASAP, long beach, Lakewood, or Signal Hill, , male, work full time, pm. Responsible, chill, laid back. I dont throw parties or anything. just looking for a spot i can live thats not into anything crazy..i drink on occasion and am currently trying to quit smoking cigarettes. I vape more than anything, weed is very seldom, like once or twice a month. All my smoking is outside of course. super chill, don't start problems or cause drama.
