Available immediately. Looking for a roommate to fill the extra bedroom in the unit I’m renting. I’m , work regular hours, and have a large senior dog who’s very well behaved and keeps to himself. No other dogs or cats permitted. Located off Roanoke Street in Christiansburg. Everything is furnished other than the room you would be renting. The unit is in a duplex; each side has their own driveway with off street parking. Fenced in backyard. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have!
