Room for rent

My roommate Cody and I (both y/o) are looking for a third person to join us in a 3 bedroom townhouse at Park Newport Apartments. The townhouse is ~ sq. ft, overlooks backbay, mins from the beach, is fully furnished (all but the third bedroom), and has lots of light / plants.

A little about us: I have a 6 y/o australian shepard / husky that also lives with us, he's a great dog. We are open to having more pets too. Both of us are pretty outdoorsy - we backpack, climb at Movement Gym, surf, etc. We have lived together for ~6 months now and just moved to this new place last week. We both work about hours a week, my schedule is pretty consistent , and Cody's schedule is more varied. I'm an engineer in med device and Cody works for Scouts of America.

Ideally we'd have someone move in Nov. 1 timeframe. Rent is $ + utilities, parking included. Message me for more details / pictures!
