Hey everyone! I’m urgently looking for someone to take over my lease for Spring at Mountaineer Village on the first floor! I’m graduating in December and will be moving out! It’s a bath apartment. The room will be unfurnished. Rent is $. All utilities are included except for electricity which runs around $/month. There’s free parking, visitor parking, a dishwasher, washing machine, gym, pool, pickleball, volleyball and basketball courts, appalcart stop right outside the building and more.
