Shared full bathroom (between renters), in-suite laundry, fully equipped kitchen (all cookware, dishes, and small appliances included), dining room, cozy living room, patio with BBQ, high-speed Wi-Fi, and parking is available. Plenty of storage for personal items, luggage, sports equipment, and more. Move-in ready — just bring your suitcase and if you prefer own bedding.
Pet Environment (Important):
Home is at pet capacity. Up to 2 dogs live here at a time, and occasionally others visit for short pet-sits. All are trained and well-behaved. Up to you if you want your room dog-free.
Location:
Clarke Rd area — ~Twenty min walk or short bus to Burquitlam Station. Can walk to grocery stores, gym, cafes, restaurants, Burquitlam Plaza, Rocky Point, Brewers Row, Lougheed Centre, hiking trails, and transit to SFU and across Metro Vancouver. Quiet, safe neighbourhood with great walkability.
