Hello! Looking for a someone to take over for my current roommate in Cap Hill. The rent is about $ with utilities and $ overall with parking! Bath and 1 extra shared studio/office space! It’s close to Cheesman, downtown, grocery, restaurants and more!

I am very clean and organized and keep mindful of shared spaces. I am a musician with a day job (don’t worry we don’t practice at the apartment!) I have allergies so I would prefer no pets. Let me know if you have any questions!
