Seeking roomate for cozy townhouse

year old very laid back working professionals seeking like-minded individual to rent private room/bathroom in our furnished and cozy home. We are very clean and respectful people and when we are not busy working we are in our private areas pursuing our personal hobbies or are out of the house running errands or doing activities. We have lab which are superglued to our hips. They are all VERY sweet and well trained. Our cats mainly reside in our master bedroom and our dog in the office/main area unless we are home. We are pet friendly dependent on animal. We have driveway parking and additional visiting parking, as well as a shared back yard with grass and a patio. We have plenty of storage space between the garage and storage closets and the bathroom that comes with the private room is a decent size.
