Private room for rent

Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease at rams pointe apartment complex January 1st. Rent is $/ month + utilities (water is included in the rent). Free wifi, pool, hot tub, communal study areas, and gym. Housing includes private room (fully furnished), shared bathroom/ shower (with 1 other person), living room, kitchen, dining area, in house washer and dryer. 3 amazing girls live there, and we are looking for a fourth to take my place. Also we have a cat named hazel who is super sweet and loving! Reach out if you are interested in seeing the house or taking over the lease, I am willing to negotiate mid december!
