One bedroom upstairs with freshly painted walls, new curtains, along with a new ceiling fan\light. Newly installed floor in the hallway bathroom. Your bathroom will be shared with one room.

There is a nice sized backyard and patio with a fire pit.

There will be a shelf reserved for you in the pantry, fridge, and freezer.
We ask that you clean the kitchen after using it and to wash your dishes.
Proper kitchen etiquette.
We have brand new kitchen counters, backsplash, and a reverse osmosis system.

We are all about keeping the shared spaces clean and sanitized.

I have two friendly big dogs. And two parakeets downstairs in the living room.
We do smoke weed in the home. Not cigarettes.

Asking for $ due on the th every month.
Security deposit of $ up front.

Also there will be one parking space reserved for you in the driveway.
The HOA does sometimes monitor for overnight street parking which can incur a fine.

You may have guests over in your room or the loft on occasion. We prefer adding one roommate to the house to start.
