Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at Colab Apartments in Downtown Denver. To help with move in, I'm offering off of the first month rent.

- $ base rent/month (utilities/wifi included)
- Fully furnished (bed, desk, dressers, couch, kitchen setup, etc.)

- Amenities: Nice gym in building, yoga room, movie room, and lounge area with drink station and games. Computer printing room. Multiple study rooms
- Great location - walking distance from Auraria campus, light rail and bus stops
- Quiet hallway, clean floor, and close to office and vending machines for convenience

Multiple couples do share single rooms at Colab and I would be okay with a couple taking over my room :)
