We have 3 bathrooms available. We have a refrigerator for ever 2 tenants. It's a 5 bedroom house. 1 room is available now Dec.

The house is clean and beautiful. No pets, no smoking, single occupant per room. Must have proof of employment and no criminal record.

Lots of amenities. Pool and spa, laundry room, 2 fireplace, vegetable and fruit garden, mini gym, and I have pet chickens.

The house is a mile north of the freeway on the hill in a exclusive neighborhood in Alta Loma. Corner house, security cameras and very quiet neighborhood.

Down the hill is grocery shopping, nightlife and several stores within walking distance.

The house is a diverse house so we do not talk about politics or religion. No drama, no bullying.
