Looking for another roommate to take the 3rd bedroom. Big room, no closet, but ikea storage is provided for hanging clothes. Currently furnished with a desk, chair, bed, hanging racks and shelving. (Desk/ chair will be updated) Move in as soon as Oct th! First months rent + deposit fee/security. No extra costs for utilities! Flat rate!

Both roommates are in their early s and working. Very quiet, peaceful home. Rarely cross paths... so great for introverts/ people who prefer privacy.

We're tidy and clean and expect the same from a roommate!

I am the owner of the condo, located in a very friendly, welcoming community. Basketball/tennis court, and plenty of benches, open fields, and pathways around the property to walk. No smoking in the house. Gardening area if you want to plant next season!
