Urban Farm Life

Okay so maybe “urban farm” is a stretch but I do have 4 chickens, 3 small dogs and about bees (about hives on my property)-so if you are allergic to bees please do not try to live here 😅 I am a professional beekeeper so I have mentees, teach classes, and remove bees from structures. I’m also a part time tutor for Hamilton Co. My current roommate has lived here since Feb. and is moving out at the end of Jan. (After graduating). We actually became friends and it’s been great. I have 3 small dogs and one is and needs extra care. I am looking for someone that is respectful. A non-smoker (not even outside-I don’t want to a. smell it and b. I have asthma and I’m highly allergic. I rarely drink alcohol. I do not want anyone with any addictions issues because I do not need that nonsense messing with my peace or space The photos of the room are from my roommate when she first started moving in. She’s still here so I can’t take any photos of the room empty. I’m open to a conversation and meetup if you’re interested in learning more about me and the space. It can come furnished-or not. I also have a basement and plenty of room for storage. I prefer someone quiet, easy-going, and someone that loves animals. Bonus points if you want to do/learn bee stuff and would feel a sense of obligation to take care of the space. We’d share a bathroom. I have an air filter I keep on in the hallway at night (between our rooms) to help respect quiet/sleep time. We could set a “quiet” time so we both have a safe space to relax. Parking is the only thing that I’d say can be annoying sometimes because it’s one long driveway but my current roommate and I communicate when we’re going to home or who leaves first the next day and that’s all that is really needed. There is always street parking, too. Utilities are included with rent. Open to quiet pets (reptiles, fish) but no dogs or cats because my boy dogs do not get along w other dogs
