Private, furnished room with shared bathroom in a quiet, four-bedroom home just minutes from downtown Detroit. The house is shared with three other respectful guests.

The room includes a bed, table and chair, and a lock on the door. Shared spaces—kitchen, living room, dining room, and office—must be kept clean. Occasional visits from maintenance may occur.

The neighborhood is in transition due to revitalization efforts. It may look rough in spots but feels oddly peaceful and a central location
