3 rooms for rent. Bring a friend!! Currently unfurnished. 3 different sizes (2) rooms have a shared bathroom and the master is optional with private bath for an additional charge. All utilities included depending on room. Rent and move-in fee is all negotiable based on the situation. Prefer to discuss details over phone to see if it’s a good fit. I only use one room a few days a month when traveling to orlando area for work from our beach house. Ask For Miranda about room for rent when calling. We want clean roommates as we keep our home neat. We only have furnishings currently in our own room. However we can help furnish if necessary. Our routine pretty much consists of gym work eat sleep repeat.
