Hello, I introduce myself as Arunav, a structural engineer by profession, working full-time in the building design industry. Given below are the details about me and my lifestyle. Please let me know if you have a place and feel I can be a good fit, or if you would like to search for a place together!

About me: I am moving to Boston for 6 months starting Dec- [working remotely to be closer to our client]. Hence, I am looking for a place to live that doesn’t have a long term lease. I have a quiet lifestyle and don’t like to party. However, I consider myself a social person, who enjoys talking to people while giving them the privacy they need. I keep my place clean and tidy. Also, I have a rescue dog who is very sweet and well behaved. She hardly barks and is a cuddle bug with everyone :)

Preferences for the place: Rent and Lease: I would prefer a place that has a month to month lease. Also, it would be nice if the place is furnished, so that I do not need to buy furniture for the stay. Having a private bathroom is also a priority for me.

Other tenants/roommates: Like I mentioned earlier, I consider myself a social person who likes others’ company and listening/talking to others. I am easy going and pretty relaxed. However, since I will be working full-time, I would prefer similar individuals with a working schedule who maintain a quiet environment in the place [to relax].
