Apartment is in walking distance of the Milford Oval home to many shops and cafes.Will have access to shared living room and kitchen. Will have to schedule use of laundry as it is located in one of the bedrooms. Off street parking and little deck off of own entrance. Rent includes heat, sewage and water but does not include electric or wifi. Will be responsible for one third of bills. Two other roommates already in apartment. One roommate in their thirties s and the other is in sixties s. We are both Christians. If you would like your own bathroom rent will be hundred per month. We are both females and looking for another female roommate non smoker and our apartment does not allow pets.
