Looking for a female roommate

Hello everyone,

I have a room available with one bathroom that I want to rent out preferably to a female person.

About the place, it is a bath condominium, with laundry in place, in a complex of only units, all the units are one single story. Complex is located in north central Phoenix, in Central Ave. by the Murphy bridle Path. The complex is located in a beautiful and very quiet area, loud music is not permitted.

Monthly rate is $ deposit of one month is needed, so you will need $ to enter. Also you would need to pay for a background check in advance.

Rent includes: room and your own bathroom, plus the following utilities: electricity, water, internet, access to all the condominium (kitchen) and to the complex swimming pool. Also includes Netflix. and tons of love from the senior dogs.

About me, + yo hispanic professional female, non smoker, no recreational drugs, drink socially and owns two friendly dogs. I work from home and travel quite a bit, dogs travel with me when I travel. You will be alone when we are gone.

You: female with no pets. with a secure income, no smoking, no recreational drugs, not a party person, at least not in the condominium, you are responsible and clean up after you.


Politics are important nowadays. I am an independent voter leaning more towards democrat. I am a naturalized citizen and English is my second language.
