Hi, I’m Andrew. I’m and work full-time in a government position with a -figure salary. I’m currently going through a divorce, which is why I’m looking for a room right now. Stability and a good living environment are very important to me.

I can provide proof of income and, while my credit isn’t the best at the moment, I’ve never missed a rent payment and pride myself on being responsible and dependable.

I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing. I don’t smoke and don’t currently have pets, but I’m fine living with them. In my free time, I enjoy working out, cooking, reading, and getting outdoors.
