Large and Bright Home in Chandler

Hi, my name is Allie. I am a -year old astrologer and restaurant server. I am looking for a roommate beginning Jan 1st. The room is in Chandler near Alma School and Elliot. (We're near the borders of Tempe, Mesa, and Gilbert). The monthly rent is $ plus utilities.

You would share the bathroom with 1 female. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bath rooms, a garage, and large shed in the back. The backyard is fenced and has grass! The kitchen, dining room, and living room are all very spacious. We currently have everything fully furnished but are open to changing things to accommodate a new person's furniture and style. The bedroom will come unfurnished.

I am hoping to find an awesome new room mate to move in who is peaceful, has good communication skills, and thinks communal living is kind of a cool thing. Bonus points if you have a dog that you would be bringing with to be buddies with mine!

I am from Minneapolis, MN so I guess I have midwest vibes! I'm very passionate about world travel, spirituality, plants, thrifting, cooking and baking. I also like to share! :)

My dog’s name is Henry. He is an extremely friendly husky mix (he's the brown dog in the 1st picture) who is years old. He’s a very good boy who loves everyone and always wants to play and go outside. He does have arthritis but he's a puppy at heart.

I have a new room mate, Christina (who is ) moving in on December th.

The rooms available is $ per month (with a $ deposit). The room measures and has built in closet organization and a ceiling fan.
