The room is move in ready and it is fully furnished with a very comfortable Queen size bed, a nightstand, a lamp, and a dresser and a shoe rack. There is a separate bath that is not private but also fully furnished, and the condo does have a washer and dryer on suit. Parking is not available in the building but there are plenty of public/Private and street parking right outside of the building. I am looking for a clean professional male/female to rent the room.

It is close to Medical Center metro, Bethesda Metro, NIH, Walter Reed Army Hospital and steps from the Marriott International Headquarters. There is also a free circulator that runs through Downtown Bethesda and metro stations.
