Looking for a clean, responsible working professional to share my home. I have two rooms available:

Master Bedroom – Comfortable with a private bathroom – $
Regular Bedroom – Cozy with a shared hallway bathroom – $

The vibe is professional yet homey, where everyone values cleanliness and respect. The only permanent roommate you’ll need to win over is my very friendly (and easily excitable) pit-bull Bishop—he thinks he’s 5 lbs but actually weighs lbs, and his favorite hobby is convincing people to pet him.

What I’m looking for:

· A professional with stable income

· Someone tidy and respectful

· No pets (Bishop insists on being the star of the show)

· Must pass a credit check

· Bonus points if you love my dog as much as he already loves you

· Daytime hangouts are fine, but it’s a no sleepover zone—Bishop likes knowing exactly how many people live here
