I live a relatively quiet life and do not entertain often and enjoy residing in a clean home in a nice surbaban, residential neighborhood now seeking to rent my downstairs furnished and air conditioned bedroom (double size bed, closet, dresser drawer, flat-screen television nightstand and workspace) with private bathroom. The space would include usage of a downstairs living room area and usage of the kitchen and washer and dryer and backyard. Additionally it comes with one off street parking space and separate entrance.
