We're looking for 1 more roommate to share a house rental in Littleton near Clement Park. Available now, Lease terms July ' with options to renew!

This is a big house with 4 split levels (one being the third bedroom/ basement), full driveway, big backyard with garden, 2 car garage, and large shed for storage. Shared kitchen, dining room, living room, all furnished. Ample pantry space, and shared cookware! Shared bathroom on main floor. Washer/dryer provided.

You'd be sharing the house with me and my roommate Jason (M). I moved to Colorado from the Midwest 5 years ago and love taking advantage of the outdoor activities out here, so you'll usually catch me out in nature as much as possible, or at a concert, or the gym. I like to keep healthy lifestyle and cook at home a lot :D I also love to garden and have some indoor houseplants too! Jason works alot and goes to the gym too. He's been in Colorado about 2 years and also enjoys going on hikes and playing video games!

This is an animal loving house with 2 friendly kitties! We cannot accept more cats or dogs at this time, but other types of pets are welcome!
