Townhouse semi-gated with security

Opis

I’m renting out a room upstairs, you have bathroom. Full bathroom upstairs and half bath downstairs. I have a couch with a tv to share, high ceilings. Shared huge kitchen with marble counter top. Parking is available in the front drive and 1 can be in the garage. There is visitor parking as well super close. I have 2 dogs. They will not be roams around so you will not be in contact with them 1 stays in my room and the other in a kennel area downstairs.
