Private home. Long time resident. Cul de sac with carport and lighted parking. Private room, closet and bath, currently unfurnished except for air mattress and dresser. Laundry, kitchen, fenced yard.
Just myself and my small dog. Security with cameras. None inside. Convenient location. Price is all inclusive except food and drink. When the weather is nice, I’m outside a lot. Come and go as you please. I don’t want to be a party or gathering spot but having visitors would be ok. Ready for occupancy.
