Hoping to have someone approved & secured to takeover lease on or before July twenty-sixth (move-in anytime between now & Aug first).
Serious interest only please! This is a full lease transfer NOT a sublease!

I’m looking for someone to take over my private room and bath in a spacious apartment in North Raleigh (min drive to NCSU, min to Wake tech, min to North Hills & Downtown, min to RDU airport & min to hospitals & malls, Lidl grocery store right across the street.

Lease Info:
•6 months left on lease, with option to renew in Jan
•Base Rent is based on single occupancy, double occupancy addt'l three hundred
•Water & electric: (billed separate based on usage)
•Free/open parking with sticker
•Internet is NOT INCLUDED, bring your own, options are AT&T or G Fiber
•Background/credit check & proof of income required by property

•Fifty dollar application fee (paid to the property)
•Renter’s insurance required
•Deposit will be paid to the property & depends on your background check so it could be higher or lower (refundable)

*The application process moves fairly quickly: Approval/Denial within a day after submission, Income verification & other required documents must be submitted to property within days of application approval, deposit & lease finalizes within the following twenty-four hours. *

Remaining Roommate:
Ms. Eva is a Fifty four year old professional who is very sweet, loving, responsible, kind & neat. She loves to laugh, enjoys music & is open to have a chat sometimes but is a very quiet enjoyable roomie otherwise. She loves to learn new things, thrift shop and try new foods (especially pastries lol). She’s very knowledgeable & familiar with the RDU area as well and always willing to help.

She’s pretty easy to get along with as long as mutual respect, kindness and an open direct line of communication is maintained. I’ve been her first roommate experience and hopefully you can be her second
