•Privet Bedroom with mounted large TV, carpet, full sliding mirrors to closet w/custom built-in drawers lots of storage space. (Fits a queen bed).

•Tiled Bathroom full shower w/over sz separate tub, plenty of storage space. The bathroom is shared.
•Heat & A/C lots of windows.
•Cute privet backyard, barbecuing ok, landlord pays for gardener

The house is located between PCH and Lomita you're close to all sorts of things from target, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, restaurants, gym AMC theaters and more!

MUST be tidy, employed and have a steady income. Proof of income required. Please be ready to provide Reference
