I'm looking to rent a room around Sundance lake, West lake, North lake, Natomas creek, village 7, heritage Park, Regency Park, village , or village 5. By budget is $ a month. I am  conservative with utilities. I am looking to move in on the first of this next month when my current rent expires. If you can help me great and thank you in advance. The doesn't have to be furnished. Do you have a room for rent that fits or beats these qualifications?
