looking for roommate (girls only)

I am in a bath house. We have a room opening August 1st and are looking for a mid 's girl to fill it.

About the house:

We live in Wells branch near the intersection of I-. It is a 2 story house made within the last years. We have an HOA that is decently lenient. The house is right next to the neighborhood pool and mailbox. You will share a bathroom with katie upstairs. The bedroom you will fill is included in the pictures and has furniture in it still from the roommate currently moving out to live with their bf. The room comes unfurnished, but the rest of the house will be the same as the pictures (minus the gray couch in the living room).

Katie is years years old and I am . We both work 's and chill at home on the weekdays. We enjoy having painting/wine nights and prefer a chill weekend but will go out every now and then. We enjoy hanging out and are good friends but also respect the need to hide in our rooms on recharge nights. Similarly, we are looking for someone who is willing to become friends rather than strangers living in the same house. We are currently watching Love Island live together every night and want someone to match that energy
We are big on communication are are really good about letting each other know when we are having people over or open to talking out how we can improve as roommates.


We currently have 2 small dogs! sadly that is the limit we are allowed to have, so no pets.
