Room for rent

Opis

I have for rent the finished basement of my house. There is a kitchenette down there and a space that can be used as a living room. There is a fridge and microwave and a nice toaster oven to make up for There not being a real oven down there

The bedroom is very big
Has an egress window for easy escape lol
There is also a room outside the bedroom that could be used for whatever you choose
The bathroom has the washer and dryer in it so we would have to occasionally come down to use those
Otherwise you would be the only one using that bathroom

There are little room dividers for privacy so when we come down to do so you wouldn't see us and we wouldn't see you

There are 2 other people that live upstairs so looking for someone that doesn't like to be too loud or throw parties.

No pets.
Couples welcome but since it is legally only a one bedroom I cannot allow children
Only people that would sleep in the same room

The house is located in a very nice neighborhood right down the road from beautiful huff park and close to plenty of restaurants and stores. Bus stop at the end of the road

Rent would be bucks
Security deposit is also bucks
All utilities are included in that price
