Looking for a roommate , only 1 person and 1 vehicle , the place is separated and has its own Air condition ,kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom and bathroom, you will have to pass a background check with office and I will verify your employment, you have to rent your own p.o.box for all your mailing etc , the $ is too pay for the expenses and you will have a nice place that is been keep up , I'm doing it month to month only so you don't feel any pressure and me too in case I need you out , no smoke indoors, and no pets , no partying and no hangouts, I work everyday and no loud music etc , you'll have a peaceful place and laundry is included, no parking in the street is permitted in the whole park , and visits has to park at the guest parking and walk , the place has cameras outside of the premises and is quiet the surroundings, you have to follow the rules as the speed limit is mph.

The place is furnished but we can arrange it , the place has a pool and club house too.
