Looking for a Rental Property

Hello!
My partner and I are currently looking for a rental property — not a share house, but a unit or house just for the two of us.

We are responsible, clean, and quiet tenants, and we both work full-time.
Our preferred locations are around Parramatta, Westmead, Merrylands, Holroyd, Granville, or Harris Park (west side preferred).

We would like a property that includes at least one parking space, and ideally of them can be off-street parking, which is perfectly fine for us.

We are hoping to move in on June , and we are looking to rent for a period of at least 6 months, up to just under a year.
