Available for immediate move-in. ***

The room is unfurnished, but furniture can be provided if needed.
You’ll be sharing the apartment with just one other person. (Other roommate moved recently so the whole unit is empty)

You will have your own private bathroom, access to a big backyard, and a sleeping loft.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and a dishwasher.
There is an in-unit washer.
Street parking is easy around the house.

Landlord requires proof of income over $K and good credit score, or a guarantor.
Security deposit: one month’s rent.

Pets are allowed.

Reason for moving out: My family is growing, and we are looking to move into a bigger place😊

Things I love about the unit:
Big back yard! Especially if you have pets (I have a dog and he loves it)
8 min walk to C train, and min walk to J train.
Many restaurants, bars, and improv shows close by!
Very quiet place.
